Safety
Switch off and unplug the machine before maintenance. Make sure it is properly earthed, and do not open the machine cover except as shown in the manual. The sealing roller and seal line are hot, so keep fingers, hair, jewellery and clothing away from the roller, and tie long hair up. Do not use the machine in a humid environment. Inflated bags are for packaging only, not floats, pillows or toys. Operating temperature for machine and film is 16 to 43 °C. See the manual for the full safety instructions.
Warranty and support
Machines purchased from Forever Green Packaging carry a 1 year warranty from the install date, and parts needed after the first year may be chargeable. Machines supplied on loan are serviced at no charge for as long as the loan continues. The Shadow Boxer Mk2 is designed for use with Forever Green Packaging film, and we support it for as long as it is being used with our film. Using other film may affect seal quality and is outside our support.
